At Muffin, we put a lot of love into every product we create. We hope your little one enjoys every outfit as much as we enjoyed making it. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 5-day Returns & Size Exchanges from the date your order is delivered.
You can request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect product or size.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- You need a different size (subject to stock availability).
How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us within 5 days of delivery through:

Please share:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, defective or incorrect products)
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 working hours.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed and unworn.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Have all tags, labels and accessories intact.
- Show no signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains or damage caused after delivery.
Each order can be exchanged or returned only once.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless received damaged or defective).
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalised products.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products that have been washed, used or altered after delivery.
Reverse Pickup
We offer reverse pickup service for most serviceable pin codes.
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product to our return address. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size?
No worries—we understand kids grow quickly.
- Exchanges are available within 5 days of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- The replacement product will be dispatched after the original product successfully passes our quality inspection.
- Reverse shipping or exchange shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated by our customer support team before processing.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product reaches us and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.
For Prepaid Orders
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after collecting the required payment details. Processing may take 7-10 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Any discounts or promotional offers applied during purchase are not refundable.
- If only a part of the order is returned, the refund will be calculated only for the returned item(s).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per this policy.
Important Notes
- We recommend recording a complete unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us process claims related to damaged, missing or incorrect items much faster.
- Muffin reserves the right to decline any return request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
- International orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
