We work hard to ensure every order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24-48 working hours after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During product launches, festive seasons or sale events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.


Shipping Across India

We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India through our trusted courier partners.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Standard Shipping

Orders below ₹999 will attract a nominal shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable PIN codes.

An additional COD handling fee may apply and will be shown during checkout.

To avoid extra charges and enjoy faster dispatch, we recommend choosing prepaid payment methods.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email
  • WhatsApp notification (where applicable)
  • Tracking link with courier details

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided.


Multiple Products

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

There will be no additional shipping charge for split shipments.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are entered correctly while placing your order.

Muffin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Delayed Deliveries

While we always strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural calamities

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed.


Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Refusing the delivery if possible.
  • Taking clear photographs or a short video of the package.
  • Contacting us within 24 hours of delivery.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

Currently, Muffin ships only within India.
